No payment now — just tell us a little about why you want in.
474 professionals across 30+ countries have done this work.
Most AI courses teach you prompts.
This one helps you make a decision.
A decision about your work, your time, and what only you can do —
that no tool can make for you.
What this program is for
You’re not behind. You’re not lost.
You’re just tired of:
- Tool demos that don’t answer “what does this actually mean for me.”
- LinkedIn posts that swing between hype and doom.
- Plans for your career that other people are making faster than you are.
Stay Relevant helps you turn uncertainty about AI into a practical direction for your own work — without losing what makes you valuable in the first place.
The end point
You leave with a Relevance Roadmap you actually want to follow.
In Week 4, you turn four weeks of reflection into a 30-day plan for your real work — not a generic action list a chatbot could have written for you in twenty seconds.
You answer five questions:
- What do I want to achieve in the next 30 days?
- What will I let go of — and what will I start doing more?
- Where can AI actually help me?
- Who do I need to talk to about this?
- For people leaders: what changes for my team?
Your answers become a draft. Then you edit it, pressure-test it with the cohort, and make it yours. By the end of the program, it’s a plan you’d be willing to send to your manager.
A plan generated by a tool is not a plan you have committed to.
The curriculum
Four weeks. Four shifts.
Week 1
MINDSET
Stop asking “will AI replace me” and start asking “what’s actually changing in my work.”
Week 2
CLARITY
Name the value only you bring. In writing. So you can defend it in a meeting.
Week 3
PRACTICE
Pick two real tasks from your week and rework them with AI in the loop.
Week 4
LEAD
Walk out with a roadmap you’d actually share with your manager — and the language to do it.
What you walk away with
A calmer way to make decisions about AI, your role, and your time.
- A clear understanding of your value in the AI era.
- Concrete ways to leverage AI in your own work — chosen, not copy-pasted.
- A 30-day Relevance Roadmap for your next steps.
How it works
- Live sessions each week (join live or catch the recording within 24h).
- Hands-on weekly assignment applied to your own work.
- Cohort community channel for pressure-testing your decisions.
- Tools and prompts that support the learning — never the point of it.
- Time commitment: ~1.5–2 hours a week.
What graduates say
From people who’ve already done the work.
“It wasn't about learning AI for me, but about understanding one's own role within it.”
“I learned that I am not late. The course shaped my mindset; how I work with AI — me being in control, not AI.”
“There is so much mention of AI on LinkedIn that it can be dizzying. There is this tug of FOMO versus snake oil… What I most enjoyed is this unique approach to AI: how to stay relevant by discovering what your unique talents and attributes are.”
“During the course, I elevated my own working methods to a more automated level and now save time on routine tasks, allowing me to focus more on thinking and problem-solving.”
“This course is an efficient and well thought out way to broaden your perspectives to AI… I think every leader should.”
“Stay Relevant in the AI redefines how you think about your role alongside technology. I left with a practical 30-day plan, sharper judgment, and a renewed sense of direction.”
Who this is for
Experienced professionals navigating a moving target.
It’s for you if
- You have 5–20+ years of real experience in your field.
- You want to stay valuable as AI reshapes the work — not just stay busy.
- You’d rather think clearly than chase tools.
It’s not for you if
- You’re looking for a deep technical course for software engineers or data scientists.
- You want a list of prompts to copy-paste.
- You’re not willing to apply the work to your own role.
